I am confident that Gail Oleaga has benefited the Arizona community in 2011 through every real estate transaction she has performed.   

SIGNIFICANT CAREER MOMENTS

I think one of the most challenging obstacles Gail Oleaga has overcome in her life is becoming a full-time real estate agent after she lost her business.  I worked for Gail (my mom), during this time and am still impressed when I look back on the situation. 

Very long story short, due to her good heart and trust in fellow-man she was ripped off by a professional scam artist (trust me, I met him myself) in 2005.  She lost her other business of 13 years due to this man who made a living off of scamming caring, trusting people like herself. 

After losing her successful business that was devoted to protecting consumers from other businesses/competitor’s wrong doings, Gail decided to pursue real estate fulltime. 

I was so impressed by her drive to be successful as well as how she helped her Real Estate client’s in every way possible.  She was their advocate during such an important time in their lives. 

She found herself in a situation where she was the expert in her field and her good heart and love for others made her an excellent Realtor!  This was backed up by her constant  awards and qualifying for the CRS designation her first year back in the game fulltime! 

Gail treats every client like they are family and protects them in every way possible during the entire transaction.  I have never seen someone make so many long-term friends through their job.  I have answered the phone when her clients call her long after their home has closed just to chat or refer friends/family. 

I also find it wonderful that people feel so confident in her abilities that they will buy a home from her while living in another state and never even visit it themselves until after it closes.
